Today we're focused on two kinds of service businesses, and we welcome others with similar qualities.
Essential field services. These are businesses whose skilled crews install, maintain, repair, inspect, or test the systems and equipment their customers rely on. Demand comes from code requirements, maintenance schedules, and normal wear rather than discretionary spending. Examples include fire and life safety, paving and site maintenance, equipment service, commercial doors and loading docks, testing and inspection, and HVAC and mechanical services.
Professional services that can be run remotely. These are businesses with recurring client relationships, skilled or credentialed staff, documented processes, and a capable operations lead handling day-to-day work. Examples include medical billing and revenue cycle management, outsourced contact centers, safety and compliance training, and permit expediting and code consulting.
If you're thinking about what comes next for your business, we'd love to hear what you've built. Every conversation is kept confidential.
